To register for Camp St. Francis, please select the Camper Registration or Staff Application link below to download the needed documents.

Submit your application with the registration deposit fee to the address on the form. You will then receive additional Authorization Forms and an Invoice for your remaining fees from the Registrar. If you’d like to apply for Financial Aid, please be sure to indicate that on your Registration Form.

If you’d like to pay any portion of your registration fees via credit card or PayPal account, please select the
Buy-Now button below, enter the amount you wish to charge into the Item Price and follow the steps onscreen.

Costs include both food and lodging, insurance, bus travel, and all program materials. The charter buses we use are through American Tours and camper amenities enroute include: restrooms, water, air-conditioning, along with a movie.

Financial Aid is designed to supplement camp fees, and each recipient will be required to pay a minimum amount. Requests for financial aid will not be processed without the registration form and fee. (Be sure to mark appropriate box on registration form.

Available funds are limited; however, those receiving aid will be notified of the amount as soon as budgets and requests have been reviewed. Also, many parishes have funds available to assist with camp costs, so please inquire with your local parish, they'll be glad to support you!

Generally, we will cover one third of the cost, your local parish will cover one third of the cost, and we ask families to cover one third of the cost of camp.  Sometimes there is a camp angel who can assist further, please apply to camp, the Lord moves in mysterious ways.

Please download >> print >> detach and complete the Registration form and mail it with the non-refundable registration fee to our mailing address below. For those requesting financial aid, send your registration form to the registrar and then you will be invoiced for the amount due.

You can also pay all fees through PayPal by following the "Buy Now" form below in lieu of conventional methods. You do not need a PayPal account to pay electronically; you can use any of the cards shown below.
